Forward-Deployed Analyst
Help clients turn complex project information into useful insights.
We’re looking for an analytical thinker who can work directly with clients, get into the details of their projects, and help them put CEART to work. You’ll partner with the CCO and technical team to support clients from their first evaluation through onboarding and ongoing use.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of client delivery, analysis, and product—not a traditional sales or customer-support position.
Responsibilities
- Understand client projects, diligence workflows, and the outcomes that matter most to their teams.
- Partner with the technical team to apply CEART to real-world client use cases, ensuring outputs are clear, complete, and relevant.
- Prepare client-ready readouts, communicate findings clearly, and coordinate technical follow-up where needed.
- Translate client questions and recurring workflow challenges into actionable product feedback.
- Deliver tailored demos that connect CEART’s capabilities to each client’s priorities and workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sense of complex project information.
- Clear written and verbal communication, with the confidence to present findings and deliver engaging demos.
- Ability to understand client needs and connect product capabilities to real-world workflows.
- Comfort collaborating with technical teams, asking thoughtful questions, and knowing when to seek expert input.
- Ability to translate client feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
- A proactive, organized approach and comfort working in a fast-moving startup.
- Interest in clean energy, project finance, or diligence.
